The Duel VIP program is a label for Duel.com's rewards — not a Bronze-to-Elite ladder. Duel has no VIP levels. Rakeback is not unlocked by a colour. Every account sits on the same rate card from the first wager.
1. Activate rakeback (no level required)
Use promo code DUEL5 at signup to activate rakeback. That code is not a VIP level. It turns rewards on.
2. Play Originals and slots on the same rate card
Duel Originals (Crash, Mines, Plinko, Dice, and more) run at 0% house edge (100% RTP) and are not reserved for a high VIP tier. Slot rakeback is the headline 50% figure — and it is not an Elite unlock. Rates vary by game type, not by a loyalty rank. See Duel VIP levels for why the ladder does not exist.
3. Rakeback is flat
Rakeback is the core Duel reward. It is not 10% at Bronze and 50% at Elite. There is no Bronze and no Elite. Standard rakeback typically has no wagering requirements. Check current rates in your Duel account — they are not gated by a VIP level.
4. Enhanced Rakeback windows
Enhanced Rakeback is a boost window on Duel Originals, not a perk that only Gold+ unlocks. Because Originals already have 0% house edge, a boost window can improve expected value for anyone who qualifies for it — not because they ranked up.
5. Volume goes to leaderboards, not a VIP colour
High volume is rewarded through leaderboards (prize pools), not by promoting you to Diamond. There is no published VIP-tier multiplier. You compete on wager volume on the same field.
